Mulu is a magical place. Courtney and I spent our honeymoon there. Okay, what really happened was that her lovely twin Adrienne and Adrienne's dapper boyfriend Dan came to visit Courtney here in Malaysia, back in February. We had an amazing week hopping from KK to Pukak to KK to Mulu to KK to Pukak. It was an action-packed fun-filled holiday, for all of us! You can see a more detailed rendering by guest blogger Dan on Courtney's website. But for this post, I thought I would show some pictures! Mulu is a world heritage site, full of jungle trekking, bats (3.5 million actually), and unearthly caves. I would go back in a heartbeat.
The idyllic river and boats that took us to the caves. Also where Dan, Courtney, and myself jumped into the surprisingly cold water. Refreshing!
Inside one of the caves. It really felt like you were being hugged by the earth in here. We felt like Indiana Jones. The earth is AMAZING. And so old. Blows my mind.
Happy jungle trekkers!
Courtney's and my honeymoon suite. I want to live here. Seriously.
I realize this was a super short post with barely any information, but I want to post another entry about life in Pukak, so I'm feeling overwhelmed by ALL the information I could give you. Pictures speak a thousand words right??

-What are bats like?
-Love the cave picture
-omg to your temporary treehouse abode
-I know what you mean about being overwhelmed with so much information to share, mainly why I chose to do a photo blog, to narrow everything down because I could just talk and talk about the smallest things here
-I wish I could visit you/you visit me!!
